Psychological Resilience:

Psychotherapy

My role is to help you move through life with grace and ease by providing tools and resources to enhance transition and growth.

My professional practice spans thirty years, working with individuals from a variety of cultures and contexts.

My work is strength-based and draws on theories and practices that enhance resilience.

I have worked with  Children-Teens-Adults-Seniors

My areas of practice include those dealing with:

Family Challenges, Parenting Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Transitions, Relationship Issues,  Anger Management, Emotional Regulation, Executive Function, and postpartum depression, and life in general!

Through a relationship of trust a good counselor provides the resources to decrease our tendency to get stuck in a problem and more quickly live a life of meaning, purpose and joy.
