Research tells us that struggling alone can increase feelings of isolation and depression.
This Postpartum Depression Online Support Group combines over 60 years of experience working in the field of human development and years of experience with new mothers.

Dr. Jacqueline McAdam (Registered clinical counsellor), RCC, with over 30 years of experience working in the field of mental health with children, families and Communities.
Michele Buchmann (Registered Midwife) with 30 years of experience as a midwife and looking after the needs of mothers and babies during their pregnancy and following the birth of the baby.
If you have some financial limitations, please reach out. We have two spots available with a sliding scale. Financial limitation should not be a barrier to your mental health.
